Order Processing Time: Most in-stock order will be shipped on  the same day if order place before 12:00 pm PST. (Monday thru Friday, excluding holidays). Order place after 12:00 pm PST will be process on the next business day.  Please also allow up to 2 business days  for you order to ship in case that we need to transfer items from another warehouse.

  • For orders shipping  within 48 states in USA that will  be shipped  by UPS
  • For orders shipping to  Hawaii,  Alaska or military APO/FPO addresses will be shipped by USPS priority  mail.
  • We do not ship international order.
Shipping Address: UPS do not delivery to PO Box. Please provide a complete and accurate physical street address for your shipment. 
UPS Delivery Time: UPS "Ground" shipments will be delivered Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).

Return Policy:
BeautyCentury.com will accept merchandises returned to us within a period of 7 days from date of receiving (excluding merchandise not returned in original package).  To insure prompt and efficient handling of your returns, you must obtain a Return Authorization Number from our Customer Care.  This number must appear on the shipping carton or your return will automatically be refused.   For more details, please click this link Return Policy Information.

Please notify us if you need this service via info@beautycentury.com. We'll respond within 24 hours by providing you with a return authorization number and return address. Please allow 7 business days for your return to be processed once it has arrived at the warehouse.?If you request a replacement, we will ship your replacement after we receive and process your returned product.?/FONT>

We reserve the right to apply restocking fees and any applicable shipping charges on all returned or refused orders.
