Shipment Method

UPS Ground Shipping : All merchandise.
USPS priority mail : For orders shipping to Hawaii, Alaska or military APO / FPO addresses.
Shipment for international order is NOT available.

Note:
UPS Delivery Area Surcharge of $1.20 will be added to certain less accessible & rural areas.
Ground Shipping only applies to orders under 70 pounds. Regular zone-rate shipping prices apply to all orders over 70 pounds.


Shipping Address

Merchandise will be shipped to the accountholder's statement mailing address unless otherwise authorized by the primary accountholder. For security reasons, parcel or motor freight couriers may contact the accountholder to arrange delivery of merchandise. It is the responsibility of the accountholder to respond to the courier in a timely and reasonable manner to facilitate the delivery process. Additional shipping and handling fees for merchandise returned to the vendor due to the accountholder's failure to make delivery arrangements will be the responsibility of the accountholder.

Please also provide a complete and accurate physical street address for your shipment.
( UPS do not provide delivery to PO Box )


Shipping Cost

Shipping costs are determined by the Product Weight and Product Size of your order and the Zip Code of your address.


Processing Time

Most in-stock order will be shipped within 2 Business Days. (Monday -Friday, excluding holidays)
