Return Policy
BeautyCentury.com will accept merchandises returned to us within a period of 7 days from date of receiving (excluding merchandise not returned in original package). To insure prompt and efficient handling of your returns, you must obtain a Return Authorization Number from our Customer Care. This number must appear on the shipping carton or your return will automatically be refused. For more details, please click this link Return Policy Information.
Please notify us if you need this service via Customer Care. We'll respond within 24 hours by providing you with a return authorization number and return address. Please allow 7 business days for your return to be processed once it has arrived at the warehouse. If you request a replacement, we will ship your replacement after we receive and process your returned product.
We reserve the right to apply restocking fees and any applicable shipping charges on all returned or refused orders.

| • | We will fully refund you for any non-Clearance unopened item for any reason (shipping not included). |
| • | You will be responsible for the return shipping of non-defective products. |

| • | You may return opened non-Clearance and unused products for exchange other items. |
| • | We cannot provide refunds for opened, non-defective or Clearance items. |
| • | Items must be in as-new condition, in original packaging with the packing slip, all warranty cards, manuals and accessories. Furniture must be disassembled in original packaging. There will be a $35.00 re-boxing fee for products returned in a damaged box. |
| • | You will be responsible for the return shipping of non-defective products. |
| • | All defective products may be returned within 7 days for replacement only. |
| • | Electrical Appliance (such as blow dryers, curling irons, clippers and etc) can be exchanged for defective replacement within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, any defective appliance should be returned to the warranty services center designated by the manufacturer of your appliance. |
| • | If part of a product is defective, please return the whole product, including all manuals and accessories, in the original packaging. |
